About the Role:
A leading construction company in Berlin is seeking an experienced Kalkulator to support tendering and cost estimation for infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and civil engineering works. You’ll play a key role in preparing competitive bids and ensuring accurate cost control throughout the tendering phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, calculations, and tender documents for infrastructure projects

• Analyse technical specifications and project requirements

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors during tendering

• Conduct risk assessments and value engineering to optimise bids

• Ensure compliance with VOB/B and client requirements

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent qualification

• 5–8 years of experience as a Kalkulator, ideally in infrastructure projects

• Strong knowledge of VOB regulations and German construction standards

• Proficiency in common calculation and tendering software

• Fluent in German (C1 level)
