About the Role:
A leading infrastructure contractor is seeking an experienced Bauleiter to oversee the execution of pipeline projects across Germany. You will take responsibility for site management, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership on site, technical expertise in pipeline construction, and proven experience coordinating subcontractors and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise on-site construction activities for pipeline projects

• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and VOB contracts

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel

• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality control

• Report progress to senior management and liaise with clients and authorities

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent qualification

• 5–10 years of experience as a Bauleiter in pipeline or underground infrastructure projects

• Strong knowledge of VOB regulations and German construction standards

• Proven ability to lead site teams and manage subcontractors effectively

• Fluent in German (C1 level)
